Terms and Conditions

  1. Information on the Abbott Rewards loyalty program and how to enter and claim cashback form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
  2. Entry is open to all Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
  3. Entrants acknowledge that all goods purchased are intended solely for local consumption and not for resale purposes.
  4. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, Participating Retailers (defined below), and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin.
  5. Entries into the promotion open at 12:01am on 01/07/2025 and close at 11:59pm AEDT on 31/07/2026 ("Promotional Period").
  6. A "Participating Retailer" is any AMCAL, Blooms the Chemist, Chemist Warehouse, Discount Drug Store, Good Price Pharmacy, Pharmacy 4 Less, Priceline, Terry White or Independent Pharmacy located in Australia that stocks the Eligible Products (defined below) and displays material relating to the promotion during the Promotional Period.
  7. To be eligible to enter, individuals must purchase any of the following: Ensure Powder 850g (Vanilla, Chocolate, Neutral), Glucerna Powder 850g (Vanilla, Chocolate), or PediaSure Powder 850g (Vanilla, Strawberry, Chocolate) ("Eligible Product") from a Participating Retailer during the Promotional Period ("Qualifying Transaction").
  8. To enter, individuals must then, during the Promotional Period, visit www.abbottrewards.com.au, follow the prompts to log in and opt in to the Abbott Rewards program, then visit the promotion entry page and fully complete and submit the online entry form with their personal details (first name, last name, date of birth, email address, mobile number, full address and state/territory of residence, purchase details), and upload a photo of their purchase receipt for the Qualifying Transaction.
  9. Entrants must retain their original purchase receipt(s) for all entries as proof of purchase. Failure to produce the proof of purchase for all entries when requested may, at the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of all of an entrant’s entries and forfeiture of any right to any cashback. All purchase receipt(s) must clearly identify the outlet of purchase (which must be a Participating Retailer), the product purchased (which must be an Eligible Product), and the date of purchase (which must be during the Promotional Period and prior to the online entry).
  10. Multiple entries are permitted, subject to the following:
    1. Only one (1) entry is permitted per Qualifying Transaction;
    2. Each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements;
    3. A maximum of two verified claims per calendar month per household is permitted.
  11. A full rewards cycle consists of nine valid claims. Rewards are structured as follows:
    1. AU$5 (five Australian dollars) cashback for each of the first three valid claims.
    2. 50 points for each of the fourth to ninth valid claims.
    3. Once an individual accumulates 300 points within a maximum 12-month period, the 300 points will be automatically redeemed for AU$25 (twenty-five Australian dollars) cashback on verification of the ninth valid claim.
    4. The cycle then resets after every nine valid claims.
    5. A maximum of 24 valid entries within a 12-month period (two valid claims per calendar month).
  12. Each individual (identified by mobile number and household) is only eligible for a maximum of two valid claims per calendar month.
  13. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the cashback offer. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
  14. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
  15. To enter the promotion, individuals must scan the unique QR code found on the base of eligible products and upload their receipt.
    1. Each QR code can be linked to one valid claim. Once verified, that QR code becomes ineligible for future entries.
    2. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any claims associated with duplicate or reused QR codes.
  16. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
  17. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  18. A valid cashback claim will be awarded AU$5 (five Australian dollars), AU$25 (twenty-five Australian dollars), or 50 Points.
  19. The cashback shall be transmitted by means of the CashSelector platform. A verified claim will be sent an email containing a CashSelector link. This email will be sent to the email address provided by the claimant in their claim. It is the claimant’s responsibility to ensure the email address provided in the claim is correct, active and monitored. By following the link, the claimant may choose to have the value of the cashback transmitted via:
    1. Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) to an Australian bank account;
    2. BPAY to a valid major Australian credit card;
    3. PayPal.
  20. CashSelector links will expire after the "valid period". The "valid period" is determined by the Promoter and is six (6) months from the date of issue. Use of the CashSelector platform and CashSelector links is subject to the terms and conditions located at cashselector.com.au/tnc, as well as the Promoter’s instructions and/or limitations. This includes but is not limited to:
    1. The email address provided must be correct, active and monitored; and
    2. The CashSelector link must be used before the link expires.
  21. If a receipt has been used for any previous cashback submissions with Abbott in 2025, it is invalid and cannot be applied to the loyalty program history of the user.
  22. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies, or purports to limit, exclude or modify, the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia ("Non-Excludable Guarantees"). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury, or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity), whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the competition.
  23. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury, or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity), whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of:
    1. Any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control);
    2. Any theft, unauthorised access or third-party interference;
    3. Any entry or cashback claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter;
    4. Any variation in cashback value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions;
    5. Any tax liability incurred by an entrant;
    6. Redemption/use of and/or participation in this promotion.
  24. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) will not be responsible for any acts of God, acts of terrorism or war (declared or undeclared), state of emergency, disaster, technical failures, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, computer viruses or other events beyond the control of the Promoter which affect the proper conduct or administration of this promotion, or prevent the awarding or transmission of any cashback in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. If such an event occurs, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, subject to any written directions from a relevant regulatory authority.
  25. As a condition of participating in the promotion, all entrants (whether or not a winner) will indemnify the Promoter, all organisers, sponsors and all other persons and organisations associated in any way with this promotion and its affiliates against all claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses (including costs on a solicitor-client basis) which the Promoter and its affiliates may incur arising out of their participation in the promotion or (if applicable) the cashback, by the entrant, any breach of these Terms and Conditions, or any wrongful or illegal act or omission in the promotion and/or course of participating in the promotion, howsoever caused.
  26. The Promoter collects personal information ("PI") in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such PI to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this PI. The Promoter will also use and handle PI as set out in its Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at abbottrewards.com.au/privacy. In addition to any use that may be outlined in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, the Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the PI for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. The Privacy Policy also contains information about how entrants may opt out, access, update or correct their PI, how entrants may complain about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles or any other applicable law, and how those complaints will be dealt with. All entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter will not disclose PI to any entity outside of Australia.
